A primary objective of ISLE e.V. is to make new scientific
results and knowledge publicly available.
For that purpose, seminars, colloquia and conferences are
organized, short courses are arranged, and scientific publications
are released.
Since 1995 the annual ISLE Seminar takes place in Ilmenau.
The focus of the ISLE Seminar is to review and analyze recent
international in the following fields:
Circuits design and power supply techniques
Power converter control techniques
Decentral energy supply / active filters
Power semiconductors
Electrical drive engineering
